Strategic partnerships typically last for two years or more. While much of the work happens locally and in offices, international meetings play a crucial role in enriching participants and organizations – both culturally and experientially. Project Launch – Kick-off meeting in Kiel with KulturLife
The first Transnational meeting in person of the project consortium took place in Germany, hosted by the partner Culture Life. We discussed the gantt chart and the future steps

May 2024
Preparatory online meeting with Partners – LTTA
We met online to discuss the technicalities, objectives and the programme of the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity in Sweden. Each organization sent youth leaders for the training activity in Sweden.

June, 2024
LTTA in Örkelljunga
The first international meeting of the target groups took place in Örkelljunga, Sweden, led by Hello Youth, the coordinator of this project. Here each team delivered workshops from the methodology of LTTA that was developed with the sending organizations and they were filmed by SMP.

Impact boost! – A Youth Exchange to increase reach and impact of YCLY – kuddos to KulturLife!
We organized an additional event parallel to the Youth Can Lead Youth project, funded by the Accreditation of the German partner in the consortium. This YE allowed the participants of the LTTA to pilot the methodology that was developed before in an international setup.

November 2024
TPM Graz
Another fruitful meeting from the project took place in November in Graz, where we discussed the achievements, challenges and solutions we found until that point of the project delivery. We have set the new milestones and the ways to achieve them at the meeting, and socialised at the BASE center in Graz, Austria.

Local event in Austria
The participants of the LTTA in Sweden conducted local activities with young people who had not previously taken part in this or similar international projects. In Graz, InterAktion’s participants organized a workshop on critical thinking in collaboration with the Youth Center Don Bosco. Together, they explored the online world and the constant flow of information we receive daily, discussing how to verify its validity and think critically while navigating the unprecedented amount of content that new generations are exposed to.
